Terms & Conditions

By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations when engaging with Egypt Heaven Tours.

1. Definitions

  • “We,” “us,” “our” refer to Egypt Heaven Tours.
  • “You,” “client,” “customer” refer to the person booking or participating in a tour or service provided by Egypt Heaven Tours.
  • “Services” include travel arrangements, tours, transfers, accommodations, and other related services provided by Egypt Heaven Tours.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Full payment must be received at least 30 days before the tour or service begins.
  • For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions:

  • 60+ days before the tour: Refund minus a 10% service fee.
  • 30-59 days before the tour: 25% cancellation fee applies.
  • Less than 30 days: Non-refundable.
  • No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of the tour.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

4. Changes and Modifications

  • Requests for changes, such as date adjustments, accommodation upgrades, or itinerary modifications, must be submitted in writing as early as possible.
  • All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal injury, and other potential risks.
  • Egypt Heaven Tours is not responsible for any costs incurred due to a lack of insurance coverage.

6. Liability

  • While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, airline disruptions).
  • Clients agree to release and hold Egypt Heaven Tours harmless from any claims arising from using our services.

7. Travel Documentation

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary passport, visas, and vaccinations required for travel.
  • Egypt Heaven Tours is not responsible for issues arising due to a lack of proper documentation.

8. Health and Safety

  • By booking with us, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating in the selected activities.
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or disabilities requiring special accommodations.

9. Behavior and Conduct

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to others.
  • Clients will be responsible for paying in full for any damages caused during the tour.

10. Complaints and Disputes

  • If you have a complaint during your trip, please inform your tour guide or our team immediately so we can resolve it promptly.
  • Unresolved disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the tour ends.

11. Force Majeure

  • Egypt Heaven Tours is not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in Egyptian courts.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour or service with Egypt Heaven Tours, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
