Tour Itinerary
Start an exhilarating excursion from Cairo early in the morning. Slide into the comfort of our private air-conditioned vehicle as we head towards the captivating Bahariya Oasis, around a four-hour drive away. Upon arrival, our well-equipped jeep is waiting for us, ready to embark on an unforgettable adventure in the enchanting White Desert National Park.
Our expedition begins with a visit to the enchanting Black Desert, followed by a trip to the charming village of Al-Hiz and the refreshing cold spring. Amidst these wonderful landscapes, we will take a break for a delicious lunch.
Continuing our excursion, we head towards the stunning Crystal Mountain and drive to the picturesque Aqaba region. Finally, we reach our main destination: the captivating White Desert, famous for its stunning limestone formations, including the famous mushrooms and attractive tent spots.
After thoroughly exploring the scenic scenes of the New White Desert, we will choose a quiet place to set up camp. Here, we will enjoy a delicious dinner and spend a night under the starlit sky, surrounded by the enchanting beauty of the desert.

As the morning dawns, indulge in a delicious breakfast at our campsite, embracing the serene beauty of the desert. Once we were ready to leave, our trusty jeep would take us to Bahariya Oasis, where our waiting van would be ready to whisk us away to the vibrant city of Cairo.

Prices
The price varies depending on the number of persons, including service fees and taxes.
Price quotes are in US dollars per person per night and are valid until December 31st, Except (for Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holidays).
Booking & Payment
Reservations:
It should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the Heavenal price. ( Deposit will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages, including airfare.) This deposit counts as part of your final payment to confirm your reservation.
Payment:
We accept a deposit as low as 30% of the Heavenal tour price, and the rest can be paid in equal installments until the date of arrival, or you can pay the rest in cash upon arrival.

Confirmation:
The customer will receive a confirmation email from the Site. The confirmed reservation form corresponds to the travel contract and includes the description of the service and its essential characteristics and the price and cancellation policy.
Tour Voucher:
After confirming your Tour, we will email you the final confirmation and voucher to print and bring. Details will include contact numbers of your tour operator and customer care and additional information for your convenience.

Children Policy
- Age from 0 Up to below 2 years: FREE
- Age from 2 Up to below 6 years: 25% of adult price
- Age from 6 Up to below 11.99 years: 50% of adult price
- Ages from 12 years = Adult price
Notes:
Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents (Maximum 1 Child sharing parent’s room)
Cancellation Policy
We offer a flexible cancellation policy if the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your country of departure and destination. We are showing the flexibility not to charge any cancellation fees & we will pay a full refund.
Here, we prioritize your well-being and safety above all else, so our cancellation policy reflects our values.
You must write a handwritten and signed and send it by Email for any cancellation.
Cancellation by the customer:
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
- From the booking date until 45 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
- Between 44 and 35 days before your arrival date, 30% of the tour price will be charged.
- Between 34 and 25 days before your arrival date, 50% of the tour price will be charged.
- Between 24 and 15 days before your arrival date,75% of the whole tour price will be charged
- Between 14 and 9 days before your arrival date, 90% of the tour price will be charged.
- Between 8 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the tour price will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

All our tours are private.
- For private tours, they have a private tour guide and private air-conditioned cars, and you have the convenience of starting your tours.
- As for group tours, our groups include a maximum of 12 participants only during visits in private air-conditioned cars with private guides.
Cruise accommodation
- For basis 2 persons in Double Room ( Occupied by 2 Persons ) For basis 2/4/6/8/10.
- For basis 3 persons in Triple Room (Occupied by 3 Persons).
- For basis 5 Personnes will be Double Room & Triple Room For Basis 5/7/9.
Entrance fees to specific sites
Our Tours and excursions exclude entry to particular archaeological sites such as the Tomb of Tutankhamun and Ramses in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
